Users must provide accurate information and keep access to their account secure. A booking becomes binding according to the displayed status, payment method and the terms of the relevant property.
4. Payments
When online payment is selected, card payment processing is performed by SumUp. The platform does not store full payment card details. For “pay at property”, payment is handled according to the property terms.
5. Cancellations, refunds and no-shows
Deadlines, penalties and refunds are determined by the published policy of the specific property and applicable law. Users should review these terms before confirmation.
6. Owners and hosts
Hosts declare that they have the right to offer the property and are responsible for permits, classification, tax and other legal obligations. They manage available rooms/units and must keep the calendar up to date.
7. Content and reviews
Photos, descriptions and reviews must not infringe third-party rights, be misleading or unlawful. The platform may moderate, hide or remove such content.
8. Liability
The platform makes reasonable efforts to operate reliably but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability during technical issues, external provider failures, force majeure or planned maintenance.
